Who Killed Christina Attacker

Last nights episode opened up with Christina and Tom walking around the hospital room like they were trained assassins. With both wearing white, they are on a hunt. The target turns out to be Christinas attacker. Christina waste no time as she shoots the attacker a couple of times.Oh wait! I forgot to mention, it was only a dream (or nightmare).Christina immediately wakes up to tell her husband to get rid of the gun that he purchased illegal.Tom puts the gun in the dressor drawer and heads to work. After Tom leaves, someone leaves a package on the doorsteps, which turns out to be baby shoes. That was kind of puzzling considering Christina wasn't having a baby shower, and it had been 3-7 days since her attack, which means anyone close to her should have known about her losing the baby (let's wait to see if someone is messing with her emotions). As Christina is looking at the shoes, she receives a phone call from Detective Nick, saying he had a situation and needed her to come to the hospital. After arriving at the hospital, Nick meets her and takes her to his car.Sitting in the car is Nicks ill mother who refuses to go into the hospital. He asks Christina if she could talk his mother into going in the hospital. As Christina is talking to her mother, the mother began to cough up blood and was rushed in.

Meanwhile, Dr. Steve gets an unexpected visit, as his estrange father admits himself in the hospital paying cash for surgery for a "tummy tuck". During the operation, it was determined that Dr. Steve father has liver cancer and probably has 1 year to live.

Back in Detective Nicks mother room, Tom determine that she needed to have surgery because of a blood clog. He ordered a CT scan to get a better diagnose. As Christina talks with the mother, breaking news come on the television announcing that an  unknown man in his late 30's body was found, which is believe to be Christina attacker. She immediately finds Nick and asked him was he responsible. An investigator from Internal Affairs is at the hospital investigating the crime scene and gives Detective Nick hints that he believe he was involved in the incident.

As Dr. Myles is taking Nicks mother to the CT scan, Christina goes along with them on the elevator. On the elevator, Nicks mother goes into a code blue and starts fading. Christina, against Dr. Myles advice starts giving the mother shock treatment. After the second shock the mother heart beat and pressure goes back steady. With the shockers still in hand the elevator door opens and the Director of the hospital is standing there. He takes Christina to his office and tell her not to ever pickup another piece of hospital equipment again. While leaving the office, the mother of the little abandon girl from the last episode, meets Christina in the hallway and lets her know that the body that was found was the little girls father.

Back in Detective Nicks mother room, she refuses surgery and wants to go home, but asks Tom if Christina  can come to the home to set things up. After Tom and Christina agrees that it would be for only a couple hours, she goes with them.

Nicks mother asks Christina about her mother and her childhood. An emotional Christina tells Nicks mother that her mother name was Elda and she was sick most of her childhood. Christina was the only child and her father was not present. Nicks mother tells Christina to lie on the bed beside her and gives Christina a motherly love that Christina was missing.Nick comes in and see this scene and lie down in the bed with them. Christina is comforted with all the love that she has long for.

In summary, the questions remain, was it really the little girl father that attacked Christina? Was it Nick that killed the man and dumped his body, or is all this a setup to make it seem like Nick is the person behind all of this? Why did Christina have 2 dreams, with Tom at her side as she shoot her attacker? Could this mean Tom has some involvement?

Stay tuned next week as the Internal Affairs investigator try to shed some light on who killed Christina attacker.
