Last night was probably the best night of Dancing With The Stars that I have witnessed. The theme for last night show was"The Most Memorable Year Of Your Life".Besides last years emotional performance by J.R. Martinez (winner of last season), that truly brought me to tears( which rarely happens),Katherine Jenkins brought those emotions back up in me. All the celebrities did great emotional tributes with very touching stories of why that year was memorable.
Katherine Jenkins danced a Waltz in memory of her father, who in 1996 got lung cancer. She explained how she was pulled from school and told that her father was in a coma. It happen so quickly, Jenkins explained as she cries. Her Waltz with partner Mark Ballas received the first 10, which is a perfect score.
Another celebrity Talk Show Host Sherri Shephard gave an emotional dance. She explained that in 2005 while giving birth to her son (who was in the audience) he only weighed 1 pound 10 ounces. Doctors informed her that he would probably develope Cerebal Palsy and have some paralyses. None of that happened as we witnessed a strong and healthy Jeffrey in the audience. I'm so thankful Shephard says as she is overcome with tears.
Many other celebrities gave great tributes to their most memorable year.
Even though many of us sobbed with the stories behind the dance from the celebrities, the fact remain that one of the contestant has to be votes off Tuesday night April 3, 2012.Who do you think would be the celebrity that has danced their last dance on Dancing With The Stars. Leave your comment below on who really touched you with their dance and story, and who you believe will be voted off Tuesday night.
