Season 15 of Dancing With The Stars is over as Melissa Rycroft takes home the Ballroom trophy.
The question is when will Dancing With The Stars 2013 begin. The lineup for season 16 has not been announced yet. But, if things go like last year the season will start around the middle of March. I can't wait to see who the celebrities are.

I think Dancing With The Stars need to come up with something very special this upcoming season, because rating fell drastically last season. Because of the way the voting system is set, most of the popular celebrities who can't dance very well wind up staying on the show for weeks, while not so popular celebrities who can actually dance, gets voted of the first couple weeks. Maybe fans are getting tired of that was the reason for the fall in ratings.
