Hope Solo Quickstep Her Way To Week Nine On Dancing With The Stars 2012

On Monday night,Hope Solo gave her best performance since the show begin.Doing the Quickstep to Amy Winehouse song "Valarie", she really showed great footwork and her feminine side.

Since the beginning, judges felt she was too strong during her dances and wanted to see less of the masculine side and more of the feminine side to her.

Solo, who is the goalkeeper for the American soccer team, works out a lot and has a very strong body, which was really hurting her in her dance routine.

Judge Bruno told Solo after the performance "You never moved so well". Judge Carrie Ann gave Solo a surprising hug after the performance. She was awarded with her best score through eight week getting a 27/30. Now that we are down to the final four contestants, Solo has made herself a contender for the Mirrorball Championship.

The downside to upcoming performances is Solo has been called up by the U.S. Women's National Team for November 19 to play against Swenden in Glensdale, Arizona. The last time she competed in a match in London, her dancing partner traveled with her to rehearse for their upcoming performance. That night she had her worst score of the season. Now that she has made it this far, can her getting ready for the upcoming soccer game hurt her chances of advances another round?

Join ABC next Monday night to find out which of the four couples can impress judges and fans and avoid elimination Tuesday night.
